**וכתב** הראב"ד ה"ז כמות שהיתה א"א ואינה טהורה עכ"ל ביאור דבריו דבמתניתין תנן ר"מ מטמא וחכמים מטהרים ולאו למימרא שיטהרנו ויפטור אותו אלא היינו לומר דאין כאן סימן טומאה ויסגיר ולפיכך לא כתב רבינו הרי זו טהורה אלא הרי זו כמו שהיתה ואין כאן סימן טומאה כלומר ויסגיר וכוונת הראב"ד לומר שיפה כיון רבינו לשנות לשון המשנה:

**וכתב** הראב"ד מפני שהמחיה חולקת א"א לא ימצא דבר זה אלא בשאין בראש האבר מקום יושב כגריס וכו'. טעמו שבא ליישב למה יחדו מחיה יותר משיער ופסיון ומשיג על רבינו שכתב מפני שהמחיה חולקת את הנגע דמה לשון חלוקה במחיה והלא הוא מחשבון הגריס וכו' וי"ל לדעת רבינו שהוא מפרש שאילו היתה בהרת כגריס בראש אחד מאיברים אלו אפשר שיהיה נראה כולו כאחד אבל מתוך שהמחיה בתוכה אין העין שולט בכל הבהרת כאחד:
