**וכתב** הראב"ד ספרו היה משובש בכאן וכו'. וגירסת רבינו ממקום הטיט וגירסת ספרים דידן בתוספתא כגירסת הראב"ד. והר"י קורקוס ז"ל תמה על הראב"ד שכתב דבאבד מיירי שהרי אותו פרק קודם דין זה ואחריו מיירי בנחרש ותו דבאבד מאי אפילו בית ד' כורין מאי רבותא כי בשדה שאבד לא נזכר שיעור אלא כ"מ שהוא בספק הקבר גם מה שפירש בלשון אפילו משוכה ממקום הטומאה הוא דוחק בלשון ותו דמאי קמ"ל ואם מסופקים אם הקבר שם כי נכנס למקום טהרה מאי הוי וגם החלוקה האחרת דהיינו טהורה מקצתה מאי קאמר כל בית הפרס שאבד בה קבר כך הוא כי המקום שמסתפקים בו טמא והשאר גם כל סביבותיו טהור עכ"ל:

**מצא שדה מצויינת וכו'.** תוספתא פרק י"ו דאהלות ואיתא בפ"ק דמועד קטן (דף ה' ע"ב) ויש בספרים שלנו בדברי רבינו חסרון וכך היא הנוסחא הנכונה אם יש בה אילן בידוע שנחרש (בה) קבר בתוכה אין בה אילן בידוע שאבד קבר בתוכה והטעם משום דתנן שדה שנחרש בה קבר ניטעת ושדה שאבד בה קבר אינה ניטעת ואין מקיימין בה אילנות.
