**ומה שכתב ואם היה בבור פיטס וכו'.** תוספתא פ"ב דטבול יום. וכתב הראב"ד א"א לשון התוספתא ואם היה פיטס וכו'. כלומר שבתוספתא אינו כתוב ואם היה בבור פיטס אלא ואם היה פיטס ופירושו שלא היה שם בור אלא פיטס ונפלה החבית לתוך הפיטס ותיקון לשון הראב"ד כך הוא שלא היה שם בור אבל היה תורם היין שבפיטס ותיבת אם ותיבת שם צריך למחקם ונראה שגם רבינו היה מפרש כן.

**ומ"ש בספרי רבינו ואם היה הבור קטן** ט"ס הוא וצריך למחוק תיבת קטן ולכתוב במקומה פיטס וכן מצאתי בספר מוגה והיינו לומר שבמקום בור היה פיטס וטעם דין זה מפני שהחבית והפיטס שניהם כלי והכל אחד ונראה שזו היא כוונת הראב"ד במה שכתב ואפשר מפני שכבר נתבטל בכניסתו לפיטס:

**ומה שכתב במה דברים אמורים בגחלים שחותה וכו'.** בירושלמי פרק חומר בקדש אהא דתנן הכלי מצרף מה שבתוכו לקדש תמן תנינן הוסיף ר"ע הסולת והקטורת והלבונה והגחלים שנגע טבול יום במקצתן שפסל את כולן וכו' מאי גחלים אמר רבי בון בר כהנא תפתר בגחלים של יום הכיפורים שבמה שהוא חותה הוא מכניס אבל בגחלים שבכל יום לא כההיא דתנינן נתפזר ממנו כקב גחלים היה מכבדן לאמה:

**כתב** הראב"ד א"א אמת הוא שכך אמרו בירושלמי פרק בתרא דחגיגה אבל סוף השמועה עלתה וכו'. טעמו משום דהתם מסיים בה אמר ר' מתניה וכי סלת וקטורת וכו' יש לומר שרבינו יפרש שאינו מסקנא אלא פלוגתא ופסק כמאן דמיקל בדרבנן דהא דרבי מתניה לא מכרעא שיאמר רבי בון דגחלים של כל יום אע"פ שנזקקו לכליין מאחר שמתפזר מהם ואינם משמשות אין לומר בהם מצרפן שא"כ נתקדשו כולם ואיך ישליכו המתפזר מהם לאמה. והתוספות כתבו בשם רבינו ניסים גאון ז"ל כדברי רבי בון וכדברי רבינו:

**(יב-יג) המקפה של תרומה וכו' עד בעיגול של דבילה.** פ"ב דטבול יום. כתב הראב"ד א"א לשון המשנה וכו'. טעמו שחסר בלשון רבינו מלשון המשנה. ויש לומר שרבינו קיצר הלשון ופירושו כפי' המשנה וכך פירוש לשונו ושאר כל הנדוכין שדרכן לדוכן במשקין כלומר ודכן במשקים כך דינם ואם דכן שלא במשקין אף על פי שהם גוש בקערה וכו':
