**בא העני ושאל וכו' וכמה עד חמישית.** בפ' נערה שנתפתתה (כתובות דף נ') ובירושלמי ריש פאה ומייתי לה מדכתיב וכל אשר תתן לי עשר אעשרנו לך ופירש״י עשר אעשרנו שני עישורים ה״ל חומש. ובפ' מציאת האשה (כתובות דף ס״ז:) מקשה מהא דאל יבזבז יותר מחומש להא דר' אבהו כי קא ניחא נפשיה בזבזיה לפלגא דממוניה ומשני הני מילי מחיים שמא ירד מנכסיו אבל לאחר מיתה לית לן בה ורבינו לא מיירי הכא אלא בחיים.
