**ומה שכתב או שאכלו סם המות הממית האדם הרי אלו אסורים.** שם בגמרא וכתב רבינו דהיינו דוקא קודם שישתנה בגופו כלומר שאם שהה עד שנשתנה בגופו שוב אינו מזיק.

**אסור ליקח רפואה מן העכו"ם וכו'.** שם אמר ר"י וכו' ספק חי ספק מת אין מתרפאין מהם ודאי מת מתרפאין מהם הא איכא חיי שעה לחיי שעה לא חיישינן וכו' מיתיבי לא ישא ויתן אדם עם האפיקורוסים ואין מתרפאין מהם אפילו לחיי שעה וכו' שאני אפיקורסות דמשכא ואתי לממשך בתרייהו.

**ומה שכתב ומותר ליקח רפואה מן העכו"ם לבהמה וכו'.** משנה שם מתרפאין מהם [ובגמרא] ואיכא דאמרי וכו' אמר רבי יוחנן כל מכה של חלל אין מתרפאין מהם מאי בינייהו איכא בינייהו גב היד וגב הרגל דאמר רב אדא בר מתנא אמר רב גב היד וגב הרגל הרי הן כמכה של חלל ומחללין עליהן את השבת ופסק רבינו כלישנא קמא להחמיר בסכנת נפשות וכ"ש דמסתבר טעמיה. ולזה נתכוון עוד במה

**שכתב ואם היתה של סכנה אסור ליקח ממנו** כלומר אפילו שהמכה מבחוץ אם היתה של סכנה כגון גב היד וגב הרגל אסור ליקח ממנו:
