**עכו"ם שראה קרי ואחר כך נתגייר וכו'.** בפרק ב' דזבים ורבינו שמשון האריך שם בטעם הדבר. וכתב הראב"ד א"א מפרש בתוספתא אימתי בזמן שנתגייר כשהוא מהול אבל מל ואחר כך ראה תולין כל זמן שמצטער עכ"ל. ואיני יודע מה מלמדנו שרבינו כתב בסמוך דין זה דמל ואחר כך ראה וממילא משמע דהא דראה קרי ואחר כך נתגייר בשנתגייר כשהוא מהול הוא. ובספרי הדפוס שכתוב שנתגייר וראה קרי הוא טעות סופר וצריך לכתוב בהפך שראה קרי ונתגייר וכן מצאתי בספר מוגה:

**במה דברים אמורים שבודקין את הזב בדרכים אלו כו'.** משנה פרק ב' דזבים שם ראה ראייה ראשונה בודקין אותו בשנייה בודקין אותו בג' אין בודקין אותו. ובפ' בנות כותים (נדה דף ל״ה) אמר רב הונא ראיה ראשונה [של זב] מטמאה באונס ת״ש ראה ראיה ראשונה בודקין אותו מאי לאו לטומאה לא לקרבן ופירש רש״י לא לקרבן דאי קמייתא באונס לא מצטרפא לג' לחייבו קרבן.
