**וכל הנתלין ונגררין וכו'.** שם (דף ס"ד) וגירסתו בגמרא הניטלים בטי"ת ופירשו התוספות הניטלים אדם עומד במים וחבירו היה משלשל שרץ ספק נגע בו אדם העומד במים או הנגררים שחבירו היה גורר שרץ ע"פ המים ספק נגע ספיקו טמא מפני שהם כמונחים כיון שאם אדם תופס בם אין כאן דין טומאה צפה:

**שרץ שהיה מונח בכלי וכו'.** בעיא שם ומסיים את"ל בתר כלי אזלינן כלומר כיון שהוא מונח בכלי אין לו דין צף וכבר ידוע שדרך רבינו לפסוק כאת"ל.

**חבית שהיא מליאה משקים וכו'.** בתוספת' דטהרות פ"ה (מגע) טמא מת שפשט ידו לאויר החבית ספק נגע ספק לא נגע ספק אוכלים ומשקים טמא והכלי טהור. ונראה שספק אוכלים ט"ס הוא דספק משקים ליטמא טמא אבל ספק אוכלים טהור וכך הם דברי רבינו שלא הזכיר לטמא אלא ספק משקים.

**ומ"ש וכן אם נכנסו משקים שהם טמאים מספק וכו'.** שם חבית שיש בה משקים טהורים עד חציה ונפלו משקים לאוירה ספק טמאים ספק טהורים המשקים טהורים שאין מיטמאים אלא מחמת החבית נפלו על גבי המשקים משקים טמאים והחבית טהורה פירוש שאין מיטמאים אלא מחמת החבית וכדתנן בפרק ח' דכלים השרץ שנמצא בתנור הפת שבתוכו שנייה שהתנור תחילה והכא כיון שהחבית טהורה אף המשקים טהורים.

**ומ"ש וכן אם נפלו משקים אלו וכו'.** שם אפה פת בתנור ונפלו משקים לאוירו ספק טמאים [ספק טהורין] הפת טהורה שאינה מיטמאת אלא מחמת התנור ומסיים בה נפלו על גבי הפת הפת טמאה והתנור טהור והשמיטו רבינו והטעם משום דמשמע ליה דמשבשתא היא דספק משקים ליטמא טמא אמרו לא ספק אוכלים ואי בעית לתרוצה צריך לאוקומה כשהיו בפת גומות ובהם משקים ומי הכניסנו בתגר זה הילכך להשמיטה עדיף:
