**ספק שרצים כו'.** בפ"ד דטהרות ספק שרצים כשעת מציאתן ובתוספתא אי זהו ספק שרצים שטיהרו חכמים זה ספק הנזרקין ובמשנה דטהרות רפ"ד שנינו הזורק טומאה ממקום למקום ככר לבין המפתחות מפתח לבין הככרות טהור פי' מפתח טמא ואין ידוע אם נגע בככרות בעת עוברו עליהם וכן ככר לבין מפתחות טמאים אנו דנין הדבר כשעה שמצאנו אותו וכיון שעכשיו אין נגיעה טהור:

**וכתב** הראב"ד מפני שאין בהם א"א זה שיבוש אלא אע"פ שיש בהם עכ"ל. ולכאורה משמע כדברי הראב"ד דשאין בו דעת להשאל אפילו ברה"י טהור בכל הספיקות ומאי רבותא דהני דקתני אלו ספיקות שטהרו חכמים אלא ודאי דהני אפילו שיש בהם דעת להשאל טיהרום אלא שבפ"ק דחולין (דף ט' ע"ב) אמרו על ההיא דשרץ בפי חולדה ומהלכת ע"ג ככרות של תרומה דטעמא הוי משום דככר אין בו דעת להשאל ומשם למד רבינו דכל הני טיהרום מטעם זה וצ"ל דמשמע לרבינו דכי תנן אלו ספיקות שטיהרו חכמים לאו למימרא שנשתנו אלו משאר ספיקות שאע"פ ששאר ספיקות טמאות אלו טהורות אלא הספיקות שטיהרו חכמים מטעם שאין בו דעת להשאל מני ואזיל:

**ומ"ש ואעפ"כ אין אומרים לו עסוק בטהרות וכו'.** תוספתא שם (פ"ו) טהור ואין אומרים לו עסוק בטהרות אלא יחוש לעצמו. וכתב ר"ש יחוש לעצמו דלגבי אחרים לא מהני מאי דקאמר לא נטמאתי אלא לדידיה דוקא הוא דמהני עכ"ל ולישנא לא משמע כפירושו אלא הכי קאמר אפילו לעצמו יחוש ולא יתעסק בטהרות עד שיטבול.
