**וכתב** הראב"ד הרי היא טמאה לבעלה עד שתשתה א"א ובתוספתא מפרש עוד טעם אחר וכו'. וי"ל לדעת רבינו שאותו טעם רבן שמעון בן גמליאל אמרו ויש לגמגם עליו דהא שלשה הם רבים כמו שכתב רבינו בסמוך והרי הם יכולים להשאל ולפיכך השמיטו רבינו והטעם הראשון הוא דברי בן זומא ששאלוהו והשיב וקבלו תשובתו ועוד דסוגיין דגמרא בכל דוכתא דספק טומאה ברשות היחיד טמא מסוטה ילפינן לה:

**היו טומאות וטהרות וכו'.** בתוספתא רפ"ד ואיתא פ"ק דנדה (דף ה' ע"ב) היה וכו' עוטף בטליתו וכו' וטומאות וטהרות למעלה מראשו ספק נגע ספק לא נגע ספיקו טהור ואם א"א לו אא"כ נגע טמא וכתבו התוספות פי' טליתו טמא וטהרות בצדו או טליתו טהור וטומאות בצדו כגון שרץ ואינו יודע אם נגע אם לא נגע אי נמי טומאות וטהרות בצדו וטליתו טהור ואינו יודע אם נגע לטומאה ואח"כ לטהרה וקמ"ל דלא הוי ס"ס שמא לא נגע הטלית בשרץ ואפילו נגע שמא לא נגע בטהרות דאם נגע בשרץ כמו כן נגע בטהרות עוד כתבו על מה שאמרו ואם א"א אא"כ נגע ואם תאמר פשיטא כיון דא"א ודאי נגע וי"ל דלאו לא אפשר כלל קאמר אלא כלומר קרוב לודאי וכן מוכיח בתוספתא שאמרו ואם א"א אלא א"כ נגע ספיקו טמא מדקאמר ספיקו משמע דלא הוי ודאי נגע עכ"ל. וכ"כ רש"י:
