**והר"י** קורקוס ז"ל כתב הדבר מוכרח שדברי רבינו כר' יהודה או שסובר דלמאן דמתני לדריב"ל אסיפא דהיינו על דברי רבי יהודה משמע שסובר דהלכה כמותו כיון שמפרש דבריו ואין זה מוכרח או אפשר שסובר שאינו חולק על ת"ק וקצת משמע כן מדקאמר בלשון רישא וסיפא וגם זה דוחק אם לא שהיתה לרבינו גירסא אחרת ולמדו שם בברייתא חציו בשר וחציו אדמה מדכתיב בשרץ דמשמע כל שהוא משריץ ואפשר דעל ברייתא זו סמך דכיון דמרבינן כל שהוא משריץ מינה שכל שהוא חציו לארכו כולו הוא משריץ וכולו מטמא אפילו נגע באדמה ואפשר דלנוגע בבשר לא איצטריך אלא לנוגע באדמה שכל שמקצתו בשר חשיב כולו שרץ וא"כ מתניתין לפ"ז בלא השריץ אלא שלפ"ז קשה אדריב"ל ועדיין צ"ע עכ"ל:
