**יין שנתנסך לע"ז מטמאה וכו'.** תוספתא בסוף זבים יין שראה את העכו"ם שהוא מנסכו אם יש בו כזית מטמאים טומאה חמורה ואם לאו אין מטמאין אלא טומאת משקין בלבד ובפרק שני דע"ז (דף ל' ע"ב) יין נסך אסור בהנאה ומטמא טומאה חמורה בכזית סתם יינם אסור בהנאה ומטמא טומאת משקין ברביעית.

**ומ"ש הרי הנוגע בהם מטמא בגדים בשעת מגעו משום נושא מפני שא"א שיגע במים שלא יסיט אותם וכו' וכן הנוגע בצמר הנבילה או בנימי המרכב וכו'.** תוספתא פ"ה דזבים וכתבה רבינו שמשון שם בפרק הנזכר וגירסתו היא הנכונה ולפ"ז הא דתנן וחשוכי בגדים במגע היינו לומר דאין מטמאין בגדים מדין מגע אלא מדין מסיט וכתב הר"י קורקוס ז"ל ואפשר דנ"מ לאם היו קרושין כגליד דליכא היסט:

**הבולע נבלת עוף טהור וכו'.** משנה פ"ה דזבים האוכל מנבלת עוף טהור והיא בבית הבליעה מטמא שנים ופוסל אחד וכו' הקיאה או בלעה מטמא א' ופוסל א' וכתב רבינו שם כבר ביארנו וכו' שבולע נבלת עוף טהור מטמא בגדים בשעת בליעתו והוא אז כמי שנגע באב מאבות הטומאה דאורייתא וכאשר הקיאה אחר שבלעה או בלע אותה אחר שנכנסה באסטומכא יהיה כמו שפירש ממטמאיו וישאר ראשון לטומאה ולא יטמא בגדים אז עכ"ל.

**ומ״ש רבינו אם נגעו באוכלים וכו'.** מפשט לשון רבינו נראה דאשורף ומשלח קאי ודבר תימה הוא שהיאך אפשר שיטמאו בגדים ולא יטמאו אוכלים אלא להיות שני לכך נראה דאפרה ופרים ושעיר עצמם קאי והוא מדאיתא בפרק טבול יום (זבחים דף ק״ה) פרה ופרים ושעיר המשתלח וכו' והן עצמם אינם מטמאים בגדים אבל מטמאים אוכלים ומשקים דברי ר' מאיר וחכמים אומרים פרה ופרים מטמאים אוכלים ומשקים ושעיר המשתלח אינו מטמא [אוכלים ומשקים] מפני שהוא חי ומכל מקום צריך לי למוד מנין לו שאינן מטמאין אוכלים אלא להיות שני ועוד קשה שנראה מדבריו ששעיר המשתלח גם כן מטמא אוכלין והיינו כרבי מאיר ולמה פסק כמותו במקום חכמים וצריך עיון:
