**קולית הפיגול או הנותר וכו'.** בפרק העור והרוטב (חולין דף קכ״ה) תנן קולית המוקדשין הנוגע בה בין נקובה בין סתומה טמא ופירש״י הפיגול והנותר מטמאים את הידים וגזרו אף בעצמות ששימשו נותר [ובגמ' שם] הואיל ונעשו בסיס לדבר האסור ופירש״י בפרק כיצד צולין (פסחים דף פ״ג) ששימשו נותר שנותר בהם מוח חוץ לזמנו ושמשוהו העצמות הללו:

**מי שנטמאת ידו אחת וכו'.** משנה בפ' חומר בקדש בתרומה אם נטמאת אחת מידיו חבירתה טהורה ובקדש מטביל את שתיהן שהיד מטמא את חבירתה בקדש אבל [לא] בתרומה ומשמע דהכי פירושא דמתניתין בתרומה אם נטמאת אחת מידיו בטומאת ידים אע"פ שנגעה בחבירתה חבירתה טהורה ובקדש מטביל את שתיהן אם נגעה ידו אחת באחרת אבל אם לא נגעה זו בזו אינו צריך להטביל אלא הטמאה בלבד ותני והדר מפרש שהיד מטמאה את חבירתה בקדש אבל לא בתרומה.

**ומ"ש אבל לתרומה בנטילת ידים בלבד יטהרו ידיו.** משנה פ"ב דחגיגה נוטלין לידים לחולין ולמעשר ולתרומה ולקדש מטבילין ופירש"י לחולין ולמעשר ולתרומה די להם בנטילה בכלי שאין בו אלא רביעית מים. ולקדש מטבילין אבל לאכול שלמים או חטאת או אשם לכהנים יש מעלה שצריך להטביל ידים במ' סאה ואע"פ שאינם אלא סתם ידים שלא נגעו בטומאה [דאורייתא] המטמאה כל הגוף:

**והראב"ד** כתב אבל אין משקין א"א לא ידעתי מהו זה והוא סותר דבריו וכו'. מ"ש והוא סותר דבריו כלומר שהוא כתב שהמשקים תחילה אלמא מטמאין ועכשיו אמר שאין מטמאין וא"ת לא כתב שאין מטמאין אלא אכלים אף זו שיבוש וכו'. ותמהני על פה קדוש מה מקום היה לו לומר שסותר את דבריו שדבריו מבוארים שלא כתב שאין מטמאין אלא לכלים ומה שהקשה עליו מפרק אלו דברים כבר הקשה עליו כן בפרק שקודם זה ומה צורך לכפול הדברים וכבר כתבתי שם ליישב דברי רבינו:
