**וטען הלוה ישבע לי.** חוזר למה שאמר וכן כל כיוצא בזה כלומר לאומר שטר פרוע הוא שאין ב"ד אומרין למלוה לישבע לו אא"כ טען הלוה ישבע לי אבל אינו חוזר לפוגם שטרו דההוא אע"פ שלא טען הלוה ישבע לי משביעין אותו כמו שנתבאר בפ' י"ד מהל' מלוה:
