**ומ"ש ומקיימים האלויי בראש הגג אבל אין משקין אותו.** שם בירוש' ולא נתפרש לי פירוש האלויי ומ"כ פי' האלויי העולים בראש הגג וטעמו מפני שאל"ף ועי"ן מתחלפות. ומ"מ יש לתמוה מאי אשמעינן דמקיימין אותו והא אף בשדה העולה בו מקיימין אותו. והראב"ד כתב נ"א מקיימין את העלין שבגג עכ"ל. וגם עליו יש לתמוה כן ואפשר לדחוק ולומר דה"ק אע"פ שאין איסור בקיומו אין משקין אותו ויותר נכון לומר דהכי קאמר אע"פ שירקות רכין אין מקיימין אותן כמו שיתבאר בפרק ד' מפני מראית העין שיבאו לומר שנזרעו בשביעית אבל העולים בראש הגג אע"פ שהם רכים מותר לקיימם דליכא למיחש שיאמרו שנזרעו בשביעית שאין דרך לזרוע בגג אלא מאליו עולה ונראה שלכך היה שונה העלים להורות דברכים מיירי:

**וכן שדה האילנות וכו'.** משנה שם (דף ו':) רבי אליעזר בן יעקב אומר מושכין את המים מאילן לאילן ובלבד שלא ישקה את כל השדה וכו' וחכמים מתירים ובירושלמי שם (הלכה ג') ובסוף פ"ב דשביעית (הלכה ז') מה נן קיימין אם במרווחין דברי הכל אסור אם ברצופין דברי הכל מותר אלא כי נן קיימין בנטועין מטע עשר לבית סאה רבי אליעזר בן יעקב עבד לון כמרווחין ורבנן עבדין לון כרצופין הא רבנן אמרי במרווחין אסור להשקות מהו להמשיך [נילף הדא דרבנן מן דרבי אליעזר בן יעקב כמה דראב"י אמר במרווחין אסור להשקות ומותר להמשיך] כן רבנן אמרי במרווחין אסור להשקות ומותר להמשיך. ואע"פ שמשנת ראב"י קב ונקי פסק רבינו כחכמים דרבים נינהו ואע"פ שבפ"ח מהלכות שביתת יום טוב פסק כראב"י היינו משום דאשכחן מימרא דרב יהודה אם היתה שדה מטוענת מותר דשייכא בדראב"י דאילו לרבנן לא איצטריך ורב יהודה לא איירי אלא במועד אבל בשביעית הדרינן לכללין ופסקינן כרבים דהא איכא טעמא לחלק בין שביעית לחול המועד כדאיתא בירושלמי פרק ב' דשביעית:
