**ומ״ש ואם רצה למכור מעט וכו'.** בפ' לולב הגזול (סוכה דף ל״ט:) אוקימנא הא דתנן בפ״ט דשביעית הפיגם והירבוזין וכו' ונלקחים מכל אדם בשביעית בכדי מן שנו כלומר בכדי מזונותיו דוקא ולא יותר ומשמע התם דהיינו מזון ג' סעודות ורבינו אע״פ שלא הזכיר פה מזון ג' סעודות סמך על מ״ש ברפ״ח דדוקא מזון ג' סעודות.

**אין שביעית מתחללת וכו'.** בפרק לולב הגזול (סוכה דף מ:) אמר רבי אלעזר אין שביעית מתחללת אלא דרך מקח ורבי יוחנן אמר בין דרך מקח בין דרך חילול ואסיק רב אשי (שם דף מא) מחלוקת בפרי שני אבל בפרי ראשון דברי הכל דרך מקח אין דרך חילול לא ופסק כר"י:

**האומר לפועל הא לך איסר וכו'.** גם זה משנה שם (משנה ד') ופירש רש"י בריש פרק בתרא דעבודה זרה (דף ס"ב) לקוט לי בו לשון מכר הוא דמשמע לקוט לי שוויו ירק שכרו אסור לשהותו אחר זמן הביעור אלא מתבער בשביעית לקוט לי ירק לשון שכירות הוא ולא לשון מכר ואין לו דמים שיתפסו בקדושת שביעית. ולדעת רבינו צ"ל דמתניתין בירקות שאין דרך לזרעם אבל בירקות שדרך לזרען אפילו גדלו בששית כל גידולם אסורים בשביעית כמבואר בדבריו פרק רביעי ולישנא דמתניתין הכי מוכח דקתני לקח ממין ירקות שדה ומדנקט ירקות שדה משמע דבירקות שגדלו מאליהם בשדה מיירי:
