**ובין בפני הבית בין שלא בפני הבית חייב לבער ולהתודות: כתב** הראב"ד זה שיבוש שהוידוי אינו אלא לפני ה' ואין לפני ה' אלא בבית עכ"ל. ואפשר לומר שטעם רבינו שכיון שהוא חייב לבער אפילו שלא בפני הבית למה ימנע מלהתודות ואי משום לפני ה' אינו מוכרח דבכל מקום הוי לפני ה' היכא דליכא מקדש או בדיעבד:

**וערב י"ט האחרון היה הביעור.** משנה בפרקא בתרא דמע"ש (משנה ו') ובספרינו כתוב ערב י"ט הראשון של פסח של רביעית ושל שביעית היה הביעור וגירסת רבינו אחרון במקום ראשון ויש להוכיח כן מדאמרינן בירושלמי (הלכה ה') ויתודה בי"ט הראשון של פסח כדי שיהא לו מה לאכול ברגל ויתודה בשחרית עד כאן מצוה הוא לאכול. ואם איתא שהביעור היה מעי"ט הראשון הרי לא היה לו מה לאכול ברגל:
