**הזורע מעשר שני וכו'.** בפרק תשיעי דתרומות (משנה ד') גידולי הקדש ומעשר שני חולין ופודה אותם בזמן זרעם ובירושלמי (הלכה ב') מה הפרש בין הקדש למעשר שני מעשר שני בין בדבר שזרעו כלה בין בדבר שאין זרעו כלה נפדה משמע בהדיא דבמקום הראוי לפדייה מיירי. ובפ"ב דבכורים בירושלמי (הלכה ב') רמי האי מתני' אמתניתין דבכורים והעלו הן דתימר גידוליהן אסורים איסור מחיצה והן דתימר גידוליהן מותרים היתר זרות. ונראה שרבינו מפרש הא דאמר איסור מחיצה היינו כשנכנסו תוך המחיצות יש עליהם איסור כבתחילה והא דתנן מותרים היתר זרות דהיינו חוץ לחומה. ואפשר שזהו מה שאמרה המשנה אסורים מליאכל בירושלים דהיינו לומר אסורים מליאכל כשזרע בירושלים:
