**כל מחוייבי מיתה ביד״ש וכו'.** הכי נמנו בברייתא בסוף הנשרפין (סנהדרין דף פ״ג) ומייתי לה מקראי דהוו במיתה. ועל מה שמנה רבינו בכלל מחוייבי מיתה ביד״ש שלוקין עליו מחוסר כפורים ששימש יש לתמוה שבפרק ד' מהלכות ביאת המקדש כתב שאע״פ שעבודתו פסולה וחילל הרי זה פטור וכתב הר״י קורקוס ז״ל דע״כ ט״ס הוא וצריך לכתוב במקומו יתר בגדים ששימש:
