**(א-ב) לא כל דבר שאינו פסול מביא אותו לכתחלה וכו' אלא כל שיביא לקרבן יביא מן המובחר וכך היו עושים בזמן המקדש מביאים אילים ממואב וכו' עד ומביאין שמן מתקוע.** בפרק כל קרבנות (מנחות דף פ״ה פ״ז:):

**וכיצד היו עושין בזריעת חיטי המנחות והנסכים וכו' עד ואחר כך זורע.** בפ' כל קרבנות (מנחות דף פ״ה) תנן כיצד הוא עושה נרה שנה א' ובשנה ב' זורעה קודם לפסח ע' יום והיא עושה סלת מרובה ומפרש בברייתא ובגמ' נר חציה וזורע חציה. ופי' רבינו בה מבואר ורש״י פי' בע״א.

**ומ״ש עד שתי שנים וכו'.** בפרק כל קרבנות (מנחות דף פ״ו:) תנן אין מביאין ישן דברי רבי וחכמים מכשירין ובגמרא (דף פ״ז) מאי טעמא דרבי אמר קרא לכבש יין מה כבש בן שנתו אף יין בן שנתו אי מה כבש בן שתי שנים פסול אף יין בן שתי שנים פסול וכ״ת הכי נמי והא תניא יין בן שתי שנים לא יביא ואם הביא כשר מאן שמעת ליה דאמר לא יביא רבי וקאמר אם הביא כשר אלא אמר רבא היינו טעמא דרבי דכתיב אל תרא יין כי יתאדם וידוע דהלכה כת״ק ומשמע לרבינו דע״כ לא פליג ת״ק על רבי אלא בבן שתי שנים או יותר מעט אבל במיושן יותר לתנא קמא נמי לכתחלה לא יביא.
