**וכתב** הראב"ד בלובן ואודם שראה א"א אולי טעה בלשון התוספתא וחילק וכו'. ואין דברים אלו כדאי לכתוב שטעה טעות גדולה או קטנה שהרי אפשר לפרש התוספתא בנגע בשלו אבל אי קשיא הא קשיא מ"ש נגע הוא מנגעו אחרים דכיון דבנגעו אחרים אינם חייבים על ביאת המקדש משום דבעינן שתהא טומאת זכר ודאי או טומאת נקבה ודאית מאותו טעם בעצמו יש לפטור בשנגע הוא בעצמו ויש לדחוק ולפרש לשון רבינו כפירוש הראב"ד דבנגעו טומטום ואנדרוגינוס בשל אחרים מיירי אלא שלשון שראה שכתב רבינו קשה לזה:

**ועל מ"ש רבינו בין מאיש גדול בין מאיש קטן,** כתב הראב"ד א"א אין לשונו מיושר. טעמו לומר שעל מ"ש והרי היא כש"ז לא יצדק לומר בין מאיש קטן אבל טומאת ראיה ראשונה של זב בקטן אינו אלא מטעם שהיא תחלת זוב והכתוב הקיש בזב קטן לגדול כמו שמפורש בפרק בנות כותים עלה ל"ד ורבינו גם כן לכך נתכוון.

**רבינו כמותו** טעות סופר הוא וצריך להגיה ולכתוב כמותן ובזה יבא לשונו דבור על אפניו הרי אלו שלשה מן הזב וחביריו כמותן משאר האדם כלומר כשם ששלשה אלו טהורים משאר האדם כך הם טהורים כשהם מהזב וחביריו הנזכר בראש הפרק.

**ועל מה שכתב רבינו כל אחד מאלו כמשקין טמאים שאין מטמאין אדם** כתב הראב"ד א"א אף בזה טעה וכו'. מ"ש משמעתא קמייתא דאלו דברים דמסכת ברכות (דף נ"א ע"ב) היינו לומר דגבי מוזגין את הכוס ואחר כך נוטלין לידים משמע דבכל שהוא מטמו כלי וידים כי אין רגילות להיות נדבק רביעית בידים ולא בכלי ואני אומר שמאחר שדבריו יכולים להתפרש דלא מיירי אלא לענין מגע אין כאן טעות:

**דם היוצא מפי האמה וכו'.** שם (בנדה דף נ"ו) זובו טמא הוא [הוא טמא] ואין דם היוצא מפיו ומפי האמה טמא ומשמע דהיינו ודאי לענין שלא יטמא כזב אבל מטמאין כמשקין טמאין וכן מפורש בתוספתא דזבים פרק אחרון:
