**ומ"ש ומוסיפין עליהם בלא משקל מלח סדומית.** כן שנינו בברייתא בפ"ק דכריתות (דף ו' ע"א) ובירושלמי פ' טרף בקלפי מלח סדומית רובע כלומר רובע הקב ואינו שיעור משקל אלא שיעור מדה. ואין לתמוה למה לא כתב רובע הקב כלשון הברייתא שי"ל שסמך על מה שכתב כן לקמן בסמוך.

**ומה שכתב וזהו משקל אחד עשר סמנים וכו' עד להקטיר ביום הכיפורים.** הכל בברייתא שהזכרתי לעיל. ובמקום נטף שנו בברייתא הנזכרת צרי ובסוף הברייתא רבן שמעון בן גמליאל אומר הצרי אינו אלא שרף הנוטף מעצי הקטף. ודע שדינר הוא משקל מיתקאל שהוא דרמא וחצי והדרמא משקל ששים וארבע שעורות בינוניות.

**ומה שכתב והשאר הוא מותר הקטרת שאמרנו בשקלים** כלומר שבכל שנה היה נשאר מאותם שלשה מנין שלא היה מקטיר מהם אלא מלא חפניו והמותר היו עושים ממנו מה שכתב רבינו בהלכות שקלים:

**ומ"ש נטף האמור בתורה הוא עצי הקטף וכו' בברייתא הנזכרת לעיל רבן שמעון בן גמליאל אומר הצרי אינו אלא שרף הנוטף מעצי הקטף.** וכתב הרמב"ן בפירוש התורה ראיתי לרב רבינו משה שמכניס בקטרת עץ האילן הנקרא בערבי עוד בלסאן נראה שסבור כי רבן שמעון בן גמליאל בא לחלוק ולומר שאין הצרי מסמני הקטרת כי הוא אינו אלא שרף ובקטרת אין השרף נכנס בו אלא הקטף עצמו עכ"ל. ואיני יודע מניין לו שלא יכנס השרף בקטרת ועוד שהרי החלבנה והלבונה שרף הם והם נכנסים בקטרת ויותר נכון לומר שרשב"ג בא לפרש דברי ת"ק ולומר אל תחשוב שצרי השנוי כאן הוא טריאק"א כמו הצרי אין בגלעד שזה ודאי לא יכנס בקטרת אבל הוא שרף הנוטף מעצי הקטף שקוטפים העץ ונוטף ממנו שרף הוא שהיה נכנס בקטרת ונכון הוא שיהיה העץ הזה עץ הבלסאמ"ו כדברי הרמב"ן וכ"כ בערוך בערך קטף ולדעת רבינו שמכניס בקטרת עוד בלסאן נאמר שהוא ז"ל מפרש שהעץ עצמו של הבלסאן נקרא צרי ורשב"ג בא לחלוק ולומר שצרי אינו העץ עצמו אלא השרף הנוטף ממנו כשקוטפין אותו והוא הנכנס בקטרת לא העץ ופסק כת"ק:

**ומה שכתב והחלבנה כמו דבש שחור וריחו קשה** כך אמרו בפ"ק דכריתות שהחלבנה ריחה רע ונראה מדברי רבינו שהוא הנקרא בערבי מיעה סאילה שהוא כמו דבש שחור והעולם לועזים חלבנה גאלבנ"ו ובפירוש המשנה פרק קמא דכריתות כתב המעתיק שמיעה הוא אשטור"ק וטעות הוא בידו וכן מה שכתב שיש אומרים שחלבנה הוא מחלב ויש אומרים שהוא לדאן הכל טעות.

**פעמים בשנה היו מחזירין אותו למכתשת וכו' עד כדי שלא יפוג ריחה.** בפ' קמא דכריתות (דף ו':) והוה משמע ליה דתרי מילי נינהו חדא שפעמים בשנה היו שוחקים אותה שנית שבימות החמה היו מפזרין אותה אפילו שלא בשעת שחיקה ובימות הגשמים צוברין אותה אף שלא בשעת שחיקה אלא שמלשון הברייתא נראה שכשמחזירה למכתשת קאמר שבימות החמה מחזירה פזורה ובימות הגשמים מחזירה צבורה:

**נתן לתוכה דבש כל שהוא פסלה חיסר וכו'.** בברייתא הנזכרת ובפ' הוציאו לו (דף כ"ג) מנין שנותן בה מעלה עשן שנאמר וכסה ענן הקטרת את הכפרת הא לא נתן בה מעלה עשן או שחיסר אחת מכל סמניה חייב מיתה ופירש"י או שחיסר דכתיב הקטרת שלימה ולא חסרה ומקשה התם ותיפוק ליה דקא מעייל ביאה ריקנית א"ר ששת הב"ע כגון ששגג בביאה והזיד בהקטרה רב אשי אמר אפילו תימא הזיד בזו ובזו כגון דעייל שתי הקטרות אחת שלימה ואחת חסרה אביאה לא מיחייב דקא עייל ליה שלימה אהקטרה מיחייב דקא מקטר קטרת חסרה. וכתב זה רבינו בסוף הל' עבודת יה"כ:

**מזבח הזהב שבהיכל וכו'.** מבואר במקראות ס"פ תצוה ועשית מזבח מקטר קטרת וגו' לא תעלו עליו קטורת זרה ועולה ומנחה ונסך לא תסכו עליו וקטרת שאינה כזו או שהתנדב אותה יחיד או רבים כלומר ולא מסרה לצבור הרי היא בכלל קטרת זרה:
