**ומ"ש ומצנפת האמורה באהרן היא האמורה בבניו וכו' לפיכך נקראת מגבעת.** נ"ל שטעמו לומר כדברי הרמב"ן שאכתוב בסמוך שאותיות גיכ"ק מתחלפות והו"ל כאילו כתיב מקבעת והוא מלשון קובע וכן תירגם המתרגם מגבעות כובעין וכתב הראב"ד ולפיכך נקרא מגבעת א"א אני אומר אין מעשהו של זה כמעשהו של זה וכו'. והרמב"ן כתב בפרשת תצוה וז"ל כתב רש"י שהמצנפת כמין כובע שהרי במקום אחר קורא לה מגבעת ומתרגמינן כובעין וזה אינו שהרי אמרו שהמצנפת ארכה י"ו אמה והרי היא כעין צניף שצונף בה ראשו מגלגל ומחזיר מגלגל ומחזיר סביב ראשו כפל על כפל ומצנפת של כ"ג אינה קרויה מגבעת בשום מקום אבל בכהן הדיוט אמר הכתוב מגבעת ואף היא מצנפת היא אלא שקושר בה כל ראשו ומעלה הכפלים עליו כעין מגבעת שהוא כובע כדברי אונקלוס כי מגבעת כמו מקבעת כאשר אמרתי בחילופי הגימ"ל והקו"ף אלא שהמגבעת כמו המצנפת ולכך יזכירו חכמים תדיר בכ"ג והדיוט מצנפת בתורת כהנים ובמסכת יומא שנינו כהן גדול משמש בח' בגדים וההדיוט בארבעה בכתנת ומכנסים מצנפת ואבנט מוסף עליו כהן גדול חשן ואפוד ומעיל וציץ עכ"ל. ודבריו מסכימים לדברי רבינו:

**היו מטושטשין או מקורעין או ארוכים יתר על מדתו או קצרים וכו'.** בפ"ב דזבחים ת"ר היו מרושלין מסולקים משוחקים ועבד עבודתו כשרה היו מטושטשין או מקורעין ועבד עבודתו פסולה אמר רב יהודה אמר שמואל מרושלין כשרים מסולקים פסולים והתניא מסולקין כשרים אמר רמי בר חמא ל"ק כאן שסילקן על ידי אבנט כאן דליתנהו מעיקרא כלל רב אמר אחד זה ואחד זה פסולים וכו' ומי אמר שמואל וכו' מסולקין פסולים והתניא מסולקים כשרים א"ל בר מינה דההיא דשנייה רמי בר חמא אלא לרב קשיא וכ"ת מאי מרושלים מסולקין ע"י אבנט אבנט מיגז אגיז אלא מסולקים קשיא א"ר זירא רב חדא תני מרושלין שסילקן ע"י אבנט כשרים. ופירש"י מרושלין נגררין בקרקע מסולקים מן הקרקע מתוך שהם קצרים. משוחקים ישנים כשרים ואע"ג דכתיב מדו בד שתהא כמדתו מצוה בעלמא היא ולא לעכב. מטושטשין בטיט. מקורעים ואפי' הן חדשי' דלאו בגד הוא הראוי לעבודה דבעינן לכבוד ולתפארת. אחד זה ואחד זה אחד מרושלין ואחד מסולקין יותר מדאי שלא ע"י אבנט. אלא לרב קשיא מרושלין וכ"ת מאי מרושלין דמכשר תנא כגון שסילקן עד למדתו ע"י אבנט וקא מכשר ליה תנא דקסבר אבנט מיגז אגיז כלומר כל סילוק שע"י אבנט הו"ל כחותך ונוטל היתר שבהן ומכשירו. אלא מסולקין קשיא דקתני כשרים וסתם מסולקין גבוהים מן הקרקע למעלה מרגליו משמע ולרב ליכא לאוקומה כגון שסילקן ע"י אבנט כדתרצינן דהא ע"כ לרב דשני דסילוק אבנט מיגז אגיז השתא הוו כלהו כקצרים מעיקרא. רב חדא תני להנך מרושלין ומסולקים דברייתא בחדא מילתא תני להו מרושלין שסילק רישולן ע"י אבנט עד כדי מדתו כשרים אבל מסולקים יותר מדאי פסולין ואפי' ע"י אבנט וידוע דהלכה כרב באיסורי:

**ומ״ש וכתנות כהנים הדיוטים שבלו היו עושין מהם פתילות למנורת תמיד.** בפרק במה מדליקין (שבת דף כ״א) תני רמי בר חמא פתילות ושמנים שאמרו חכמים אין מדליקין בהם בשבת אין מדליקין בהם במקדש משום שנאמר להעלות נר תמיד וכו' שתהא שלהבת עולה מאליה ולא שתהא עולה על ידי ד״א תנן מבלאי מכנסי כהנים ומהמייניהם היו מפקיעין ומהם מדליקין שמחת בית השואבה שאני ת״ש דתני רבה בר מתנה בגדי כהונה שבלו מפקיעין אותם ומהם היו עושים פתילות למקדש מאי לאו דכלאים לא דבוץ ופירש״י המייניהם כתיב ואת האבנט שש משזר ותכלת וארגמן וקי״ל תכלת עמרא הוא ותניא לעיל לענין שבת הוסיפו עליהם של צמר לפיסול וקתני מדליקין בהם במקדש. בית השואבה שאני דלא כתיב בה להעלות ולאו דאורייתא היא. מאי לאו דכלאים כגון אבנט עכ״ל. ודייק רבינו כתנות כהנים למעט אבנט דאין עושין מהם פתילות למנורת תמיד משום דאית בהו עמרא ואין להדליק בהם למנורת התמיד ומכנסים תנן דבשמחת בית השואבה מדליקין בהם ולא נשאר לפתילות מנור' התמיד כ״א כתונת ומצנפת וצריך טעם למה השמיט רבינו מצנפת ואפשר דתנא כתנות והוא הדין למצנפות אי נמי משום דמצנפות דקות ביותר ולא חזו לפתילות לכך השמיטם:

**ומ"ש חוץ מן האבנט וכו'.** שם ובפ"ק דתמיד אהא דתנן לא היו ישנים בבגדי קדש אלא פושטין ומקפלין ומניחין תחת ראשיהם אמרינן (דף כ"ז) נהי דניתנו ליהנות בהם תיפוק ליה משום איסורא דכלאים הניחא למ"ד אבנטו של כ"ג בשאר ימות השנה לא זהו אבנטו של כהן הדיוט אלא למ"ד אבנטו של כ"ג זהו אבנטו של כהן הדיוט כלומר דשל הדיוט הוי של כלאים מאי איכא למימר וכבר נתבאר בר"פ זה שרבינו פוסק כמ"ד דאבנטו של כהן הדיוט הוי של כלאים ואע"ג דאסיק התם רב אשי דבגדי כהונה לית בהו משום כלאים משום דקשים הם היינו לענין הצעה אבל ללבוש אפילו שהם קשים אסור ולפיכך כתב רבינו דאבנט אסור לכהן הדיוט ללבשו אלא בשעת עבודה והוא הדין לכהן גדול בשאר ימות השנה שאז אבנטו כלאים כשל כהן הדיוט ולא נקט רבינו כהן הדיוט אלא לאפוקי כהן גדול ביה"כ:

**וכתב** הראב"ד א"א לא מחוור מן הגמרא הכי אלא כל היום מותר במקדש עד כאן לשונו. ונראה שטעמו משום דמייתי שם בגמרא ברייתא דקתני בגדי כהונה היוצא בהם למדינה אסור ובמקדש בין בשעת עבודה בין שלא בשעת עבודה מותר ומשמע להרב רבי אברהם בן דוד דמדסתים ותני בגדי כהונה אף אבנט בכלל ומשמע ליה דבכל ענין שרי להו אף משום כלאים ורבינו משמע ליה דהאי ברייתא לאו לענין היתר כלאים מיתניא אלא לענין היתר הנאת בגדי כהונה וכדמסיים בה מפני שבגדי כהונה ניתנו ליהנות בהן אבל היתר אבנט שהוא כלאים אינו אלא בשעת עבודה בלבד וכדאמרינן בריש ערכין (דף ג':) בהדיא גבי כלאים דאשתרי גבי כהנים נהי דאשתרי בעידן עבודה בלא עידן עבודה לא אשתרי ויש לתמוה על הראב"ד מההיא דערכין וצריך לדחוק ולומר שהוא מפרש דעידן עבודה לאו דוקא אלא הוה ליה כאילו אמר במקדש אלא משום דבמקדש דשרינן שלא בשעת עבודה טעמא משום דבמקום עבודה הוא מגו דאשתרי בשעת עבודה אשתרי אף שלא בשעת עבודה מש"ה נקט בעידן עבודה ומפני שראה הראב"ד חולשת דברים אלו לא כתב דבריו כגוזר אומר להשיג:

**ומ"ש ומקום שנאמר בד אם היה חוט אחד לבדו כשר ומצוה מן המובחר שיהא כפול ששה.** בפרק שני דזבחים אמרו בגדים שנאמר בהם בד צריכין שיהיו של בוץ חדשים שזורין ושיהיו חוטן כפול ששה יש מהם למצוה ויש מהם לעכוב ונראה שרבינו מפרש יש מהם למצוה היינו שיהיה כפול ששה ויש מהם לעכוב היינו חוט אחד ורש"י לא פירש כן וגם פשטא דשמעתא לא משמע הכי.

**ומ"ש ושנצים יש להם ואין להם לא בית הנקב ולא בית הערוה וכו'.** בר"פ ב' דנדה (דף י"ג:) ופירש"י אין להם לא בית הנקב וכו' כלומר חללו רחב ותלוי למטה ולא היה תיק בין הירכים להיות האבר מתעטף בו שלא יבא האבר לידי הרהור והיינו בית הערוה ובית הנקב כשהן קצרות כנגד נקב הרעי כתבנית אדם נכנסות בעגבותיו ומלוכלכות בזיעה וגנאי הוא לבגדי הקדש בכך. ל"א בית הנקב ובית הערוה דרכן היה לעשות נקבים במכנסי' כנגד בית הערוה להשתין מים לחוץ דרך שם וכן כנגד בית הרעי וכשגומר קושר הנקב ברצועה וסותמו עכ"ל:
