**אין מנחשין.** עיין כ"מ ובירושלמי פ' במה אשה הל' ט' הביא בק"ע תוספתא היה מתחיל במלאכה ואמר יבוא פלוני שידיו קלות ויתחיל בה ה"ז משום דרכי אמורי וכ"ה בבבלי סנהדרין ועוד כ"ד שהם משום דרכי אמורי ותימה שאין העולם נזהרין בזה. ואפשר כיון שאבד זכר האמוריים לא חשו בכך. ועיין ב"ח שכתב חלילה לעבור ע"ז רק להיות מתמימי דרך דכתיב תמים תהיה עם ה' אלהיך:
