מעשה ידיה לו, מזונה וכל צרכיה עליו. לא ישא ולא יקדש ולא ישדך שום אשה אחרת עליה, כי אם ברשות בית דין הצדק. ולא יגרשנה כי אם ברצונה, וברשות והסכמת בית דין הצדק. ולא ימכור ולא ימשכן שום חפץ מחפציה בלתי רשותה ורצונה. ולא יפתנה ולא יסיתנה למחול לו סכי כתובתה, לא כולם ולא מקצתם ולא שום תנאי מתנאי הכתובה. ואם תמחול לו, המחילה ההיא בטלה מעכשיו וחשובה כחרס הנשבר וכדבר שאין בו ממש.

וכך אמר לנא החתן הנזכר: אחריות וחומר וחוזק שטר כתובתא דא קבלית עלי ועל ירתאי בתראי ועל כל שפר ארג נכסין וקנינין דאית לי תחות כל שמיא, מקרקעי ואגבן מטלטלי, דקניתי ודאקני, כולהון יהון אחראין וערבאין ומשועבדין שעבוד גמור ושלם כתקנת חכמים ז"ל להתפרע מנהון שטר כתובתא דא, בחיי ובתר חיי ואפילו מגלימא דאכתפאי. והכל דלא כאסמכתא ודלא כטופסי דשטרי, ובביטול כל מודעי ובפיסול עדיהן, ולדעת הרשב"א זלה"ה, כחומר וחוזק כל שטרות הכשרים.

וקנינא מיד החתן הנזכר קנין גמור ושלם במנא דכשר למקני ביה, כדין כראוי וכתקנת חז"ל, על כל האמור לעיל. וגם נשבע שבועה חמורה בתקיעת כף, על דעת המקום ברוך הוא ועל דעת הנשבעין באמת, לאשר ולקיים כל הכתוב בשטר כתובתא דא בלי שום שינוי ותמורה ותחבולה כלל ועיקר. והכל שריר ובריר ואמת ויציב ונכון וקיים.

אם חס ושלום יפטר הבעל, תהא האשה ניזונת מנכסי בעלה כל ימי אלמנותה, כל זמן שלא תבעה כתובתה. תבעה כתובתה בבית דין אין לה מזונות, אלא תנאי כתובתה. אם דמי הכתובה הם פחות מחלקו של יורש זכר, יושלם לה מן העזבון עד שיעור יורש זכר.

אנחנו, ראשי ומנהיגי ק"ק טהראן, נתכנסנו כולנו ביום ה', ה' בתמוז תשכ"ו, להיוועד עם מעלת כבוד הראשון לציון הרב הראשי לישראל יצחק נסים שליט"א, נשיא בית הדין העליון בישראל, וביקשנוהו להסדיר בעיות הנוגעות לחיי היהדות בפרס. ואחרי דיונים ובירורים בהשתתפות הנוכחים, קיבלנו עלינו פה אחד כל ההצעות שהביא בפנינו כב' הראשון לציון, ואלה הם:
