בזה הנני לשאול לכב' שאלה ומבקש תשובה. לפני שלש עשרה שנים מתה אחותי ע"ה אחרי לידת בנה. הילד חי ונמצא עתה בארה"ב. אביו התחתן עוד פעם והילד אינו יודע שאין לו אֵם וכמובן שאינו אומר קדיש.

בחדש חשון הבעל"ט יכנס בעול מצוות בגיל י"ג, האם מחובתנו לגלות לו את האמת ושיאמר קדיש אחרי אמו כדין, או אולי לא צריכים לגלות לו היות שזאת תהיה הפתעה בשבילו ויתכן שהנער יסבול בגלל זה.
