הנני פונה להדר גאונו נ"י בשאלה האם מותר לערוך תפלה בציבור בימים הנוראים הבעל"ט באולם אחד גדול מכאן, שמשמש גם כן לקולנוע במקום, ושם ירד כשליח ציבור לפני התיבה הרב או השוחט המקומי.

עלי לציין כי לא נמצא בנצרת עלית אולם אחר שיהיה מסוגל מבחינת הגודל לקבל בתוכו המון מתפללים, ואם תאסר התפלה באולם זה, אז ישארו כחמש מאות יהודים בלי תפלה בציבור בראש השנה ויום הכפורים הבעל"ט.
