אשה שנתגרשה, בעלה הלך והתחתן עם אחרת וגרשה, ובינתיים עברה שנה ואחרי כן חזר לחיות עם גרושתו הראשונה, האם גם בזאת נאמר "אין אדם עושה בעילתו בעילת זנות", וממילא היא אשתו וצריכה גט. או דילמא אימתי אמרינן "אין אדם עושה בעילתו בעילת זנות", רק בזמן שאין דבר אחר מפסיק בין הגירושין לחזרה, אבל כשיש דבר שהפסיק בין הגירושין לחזרה כגון נשואין עם אשה אחרת, לא!

ועוד מאחר שהטעם שאין אדם עושה בעילת זנות הוא טעם חומרא, ובפרט בנדון דידן שהיו נשואין וגירושין בינתיים, אימא לא!
