זה עתה קיבלתי מכתבו מיום י"ד לחודש זה בו שאלני אודות אשה שמחמת חוליה אסר הרופא כניסת מים לאזניה, כיצד תנהג בטבילת מצווה.

יש שאסרו להכניס צמר גפן לאזנה ולטבול ויש שהתירו ובלבד שהכניס אותו עמוק בתוך אזנה ולקשרו בחוט בולט לחוץ כדי שתוכל להוציאו אחר הטבילה, עיין שו"ת מהרש"ם ח"א סי' ז'.
