בענין המילה, אם ההורים לא מאמינים במצות המילה ומסרבים למול את בנם, אין למול אותו בחוזקה, והם עוונם ישאו⁸³.

בענין השחיטה, אם כב' שוחט מומחה ומוסמך, צריך לשחוט הכבשים להציל את הציבור על כל פנים מאיסור נבלה⁸⁴, ולהוסיף להוכיח אותם למצוא מנקר, או שישלחו אחד מהם למקום שאפשר ללמוד ניקור ויציל אותם מאיסור חמור של אכילת חֵלב. בינתיים תמהים אנו איך כב' עושה, האם חלילה אוכל בלי ניקור כמוהם?
