לי נפל אח במלחמת ששת הימים ומאד הייתי רוצה לקרוא לילדי בשמו, אבל לבעלי יש שני שמות בתעודת לידה. האחד שמעון, שכך גם קוראים לו כולם ומכירים אותו בשם זה. וגם אליהו, שהוא שם אחי ושלא מכירים אותו בשם זה. האם מותר לי לקרוא לילדי אליהו?

כיון ששם בעלך הוא אליהו אין לקרוא לבן בשם אליהו, אבל אפשר לתת לו שם אחר שהוא מאוד דומה בהיגויו ובאותיותיו כמו: אליהוא. אם תיוולד בת תוכלי לקרוא לה בשם: אלה, אילה וכדומה⁸⁶.
