**שאלה א':** בקהלה בת כשלוש מאות משפחות שמעסיקה רועה רוחני אחד כשוחט, מוהל, שליח צבור וצרכי חברה קדישא וכו'.

אם יש מקרה של נפטר, ואחרי הקבורה האבלים מבקשים מהחכם הנ"ל לבוא ולהיות נוכח לעשות להם קריעה, סעודת הבראה תפילות וכו'. האם השליח צבור הנ"ל חייב לפי הדין לדאוג לכל יחיד ולעשות לו הדברים האמורים לעיל או לא?

**שאלה ב':** לפי החוקים הממשלתיים בספרד קבורת המת נעשת בארונות. במקרה של העברה לארץ אחרת, יש צורך לשים את הארון הישן עם עצמות המת בתוך ארון חדש יותר גדול, או אפשר לשים רק עצמות המת בתוך הארון החדש בגודל נורמלי, על מנת להקל על הפרוצדורה של ההעברה והקבורה, מבלי להשתמש בארון הישן?
