עיין ש"ע יו"ד סי' ש"פ ס"ד וש"ך שם ס"ק ג' שמוכח משם שלא יועיל למכור את חנותו לבנו הסומך על שולחנו לימי אבלו, שמעשה ידיו לו לאביו, וגם יש בזה משום מראית העין. ודי בזה ושלום.

קיבלתי מכתבו האחרון בו תיקן נוסח שאלתו והעמידה באם יכול המוכר את חנותו מחמת אבלות ליתן את בנו הסומך ע"ש לעבוד באותה החנות. נראה ודאי לא, מאותם הטעמים שכתבתי במכתבי הקודם¹²⁸.
