ועל טענת כב' שהרב שחיבר אוסר לספרדים לאכול משחיטת האשכנזים, ידוע שיש הבדלים בהלכות בדיקה בין אשכנזים וספרדים.

הוא כותב שדרש מבעל אטליז בשם צ.ס. שיקבל משגיח בחנותו, והוא סירב. כב' האמין לו ומכר לו בשר על אף שאינו מקבל משגיח. דברים מעין אלו צריכים למצוא פתרונם על־ידי הצדדים מתוך רצון טוב וכדרכם של תלמידי חכמים שמרבים שלום.
