**אסור לו לאדם לעבור אחורי בית הכנסת בשעה שהצבור מתפללין וכו'.** פרק הרואה (ברכות דף ס"א) אמרו אחורי עבודת כוכבים ולא אחורי בית הכנסת בשעה שהצבור מתפללין ולא אמרן אלא דלא דרי מידי וכו' ולא אמרן אלא דליכא פתחא אחרינא וכו' ולא אמרן אלא דלא רכיב חמרא וכו'. ונראה דבגירסת רבינו ז״ל לא היה ולא אמרן אלא דלא רכיב חמרא וכו' ולכך לא הזכירו ובפ״ק דברכות (דף ח' ע"ב) הביאו זה ואמרו לא אמרן אלא דלא דרי טונא ולא רהיט וכו' ורבינו ז״ל לא היה לו בגרסתו גם כן לא רהיט וכו' ולכך לא הזכירו:

**המתפלל עם הצבור לא יאריך בתפלתו וכו'.** פ' אין עומדין (ברכות דף ל"א) כך היה מנהגו של ר' עקיבא כשהיה מתפלל וכו':

**אבל אינו סועד סמוך למנחה וכו'.** בפ"ק דשבת (דף ט' ע"ב) על מתני' דלא ישב אדם לפני הספר סמוך למנחה וכו' ואוקמוה בגמרא סמוך למנחה גדולה ופסק רבינו כרב אחא בר יעקב ואע"ג דהך סוגיא איתמרא אליבא דריב"ל ולית הלכתא כותיה במ"ש כיון שהגיע זמן וכו' כבר כתבו התוספות כיון דמסיק סתם גמרא הכי משמע דבהך דאם התחיל וכו' קיימא לן כותיה ודוקא בהא דאמר אסור לטעום לא קי"ל כותיה וא"כ ודאי דסמוך למנחה קטנה אפילו אם התחילו מפסיקין וכן דעתו של רבינו ז"ל אע"פ שלא נתבאר יפה בדבריו:

**היה עומד בתפלה וכו'.** משנה ריש פרק אין עומדין (דף כ"ט ע"ב) אפילו המלך שואל בשלומו לא ישיבנו ובגמרא שם (ל"ב:) אמר רב יוסף לא שנו אלא למלכי ישראל אבל למלכי עכו"ם פוסק וכו':
