**אר"י**כו'. עתי"ט ז"ל. ונ"מ אם שם טומאה שמטמא במגע ולא בהסט. אבל קשה דמשנתנו מיירי כו' אף בהסט. והייתי יכול לתרץ דאכתי נ"מ דעל הנגיעה נאמנין כו'. ועל ההסט א"א שיהיו נאמנין כו' עכ"ל. **ולא** יכולתי להלמו. תמה על עצמך. א"כ מאי מהני דמהימני אנגיעה. ואכתי מאי נפקא מנה. **אבל** בכדי טרח טירחא דלא צריך. דודאי לענין הנזכר במשנתנו. לא נ"מ מידי בין ר"מ ור"י. בין למר בין למר בית הבד טמא. אלא מיהא איכא נפקותא בין שני הטעמים. לענין טומאת מגע גרידא. וכדקאמר מעקרא. ואין כאן קושיא ולא תרוץ ולא חלוק בין פירושו של הר"ש והר"מ.

**כולן טמאות**דמהראשונה נטמא כל מה שבבור. אפילו היה הרבה מאד. מקבלין המשקין טומאה. אע"פ שהן בקרקע. והיינו דווקא יין ושמן ומי פירות וכיוצא בהן. **אבל** המים שבקרקע. עיין דינן בפ"ק דמקואות. **ומים** שאובין שבקרקע. גם הם. כשאר משקין.

**ספקו טהור** ע"ל רע"ב. ומתניתין איירי בבור סיד. **ר"ל** בור החפור בקרקע. שסדין אותו. להחזיק המשקין שנותנין בו. לאפוקי בור אלכסנדרי (פט"ו דכלים) שהוא כלי עץ (בלתי מקבל סיד) שהוא מקבל טומאה. דכי נמי קלטה שפת הבור את הצנורא. נטמא הבור. ומטמא את משקה שבתוכו למטה.
