**Likutey Moharan Volumes 12-15, trans. by Moshe Mykoff. Breslov Research Inst., 1986-2012:**
When a person says, “Praise God from the heavens… Praise Him, all His angels. Praise Him, all His hosts…” (Psalms 148), he is calling all of them and commanding them to praise God. Thus, it is fitting that this stir a person to pray with heartfelt concentration, since he is inviting all the worlds to praise and extol the Holy One.
