רָאוּי לְהַרְהֵר בְּדִבְרֵי־תוֹרָה בִּשְׁעַת זִוּוּג, וְאַף־עַל־פִּי־כֵן יוּכַל לְהוֹלִיד בָּנִים, אַף־עַל־פִּי שֶׁמַּחֲשַׁבְתּוֹ תִּהְיֶה דְּבוּקָה אָז בְּהִרְהוּרֵי תּוֹרָה. וְטוֹב מְאֹד לְהַרְגִּיל עַצְמוֹ בְּכָךְ:

It is proper to meditate on words of Torah during marital relations. One can conceive a child even with one’s mind bound to thoughts of Torah. It is very good for a person to train himself in this.
