**וכל כהן שאינו מודה בהן וכו'.** הקשה מרן הקדוש דבגמרא אמרו כל כהן שאינו מודה בעבודה וכו' ולמה שינה רבינו הלשון וכ"ש במקום שאפשר שיצא ממנו שנוי הבנת ענין עכ"ל הן אמת דבפ' הקומץ (מנחות דף י"ח) אמר ר' שמעון כן בברייתא אמנם בפ' הזרוע (חולין דף קל"ב) אמר רב חסדא כ"ד מתנות כהונה כל כהן שאינו בקי בהן אין נותנים לו מתנה ולאו מילתא היא דתניא ר' שמעון אומר וכו' טעמא דאינו מודה בה הא מודה בה אע"ג דאינו בקי בהן ע"כ. ומבואר הדבר דלא איתותב ר"ח אלא באינו בקי אבל באינו מודה לא איתותב והן הן דברי רבינו ממש שהעתיק דברי ר"ח כ"ד מתנות וכו' ופשוט:

**עם חזה ושוק.**נראה שפת יתר שכבר הקדים והן חזה ושוק וכו'. ומצאתי בנוסח אחר כתב יד שכתוב שם וז"ל והן חזה ושוק והמורם מכל זבח השלמים עם הלחם המורם עמהם אם היתה תודה עם הזרוע המורם מן איל הנזיר עם הלחם המורם עמה עם חזה ושוק הואיל וכו':
