**בערב שבת וכו'.** כבר ביאר רבינו פרטי דין זה פ"ה דהלכות שבת הל' י"ט וכאן כפלו להשמיענו הממונה על זה וגם לבאר שבחצוצרות דוקא הוא כמ"ש בסוף הדין:

**ואין תוקעים למילוי המים בשבת.** כן הגיה מרן ז"ל אכן קשה קצת דמדיוק הלשון משמע דהיה שם מילוי אלא דאין תוקעים בו וזה אינו דהא תנן פרק לולב וערבה שהיה ממלא מערב שבת ונראה דהיינו טעמא מפני שהיו ממלאים מן השלוח שהוא מעיין חוץ לירושלם כמ"ש רש"י ז"ל ופסקו רבינו פ"י דתמידין ומוספין לכך צ"ל דמילוי זה היינו מן החבית שהיו ממלאין מע"ש כמ"ש שם רבינו:

**משלשים יום לל' יום וכו'.** יש לתמוה על רבינו שהשמיט מ"ש בסיפא דהך מתני' ספ"ד דשקלים ואם התליעה סלת התליעה לו ואם החמיץ יין החמיץ לו וכן הקשה התוס' יו"ט ז"ל שם. וראיתי להפר"ח ז"ל שכתב שרבינו סמך למ"ש גבי קינים בהל' ט' דקן שנפסל נותן אחר תחתיו עיי"ש. אך אין זה מספיק דביין איכא רבותא טפי שהרי סתם נסכין היו באין מיהודה שאין יינן מחמיץ כדאיתא בפ' אלו עוברין (פסחים דף מ"ב) ואפ"ה אם החמיץ היה חייב להחליפו וכמ"ש הרב קול הרמ"ז ז"ל ופ"ו דאיסורי מזבח הזכיר רבינו היינות שפסולין לגבי מזבח ולא הזכיר יין שהחמיץ כלל לא ידעתי למה ואף שהוא נלמד מתוך אותם שהזכיר שם כיון שהוזכר במשנה נראה שהיה לו להזכירו מ"מ כעת אין לנו אלא דברי הפר"ח ז"ל:

**הכהנים וכו'.** בירושלמי אמרו ע"י שהיו מהלכין יחיפין ואוכלים בשר ושותים מים. ורבינו לא הזכיר שתיית המים והזכיר קלות הבגדים שלא הוזכר בירושלמי אפשר דמכיון שהיה רופא מובהק ידע שאלו הדברים הם המזיקין:

**וי"ג פרוכות היו וכו'.** מכאן קשה למ"ש מרן ז"ל פ"ה הל' י"א שלפי דברי רבינו צ"ל דגם בהיכל היה פרוכת דהלא כאן כתבו רבינו להדיא והיא מימרא דרב זירא מפורשת בפ' הוציאו לו (יומא דף נ"ד) ועי' מ"ש [שם]:

**זה הממונה וכו'.** הראב"ד ז"ל השיג אומר אני שהוא פינחס המלביש ומרן ז"ל כתב עליו ואיני יודע מה מלמדנו. ואפשר דכוונת הראב"ד ע"פ מ"ש בירושלמי פ"ה דשקלים פינחס המלביש שהיה מלביש בגדי כהונה גדולה ע"כ. ורבינו לא הזכיר ההלבשה שהוא עיקר תו קשה דלקמן [פ"ח] הל' ח' משמע שהכהנים עצמן הם המוצאין הבגדים מהחלונות והם הלובשים את עצמן ומחזירין אותם למקומם וכן הקשה הרב בס' עבודת ישראל ז"ל ולא תירץ כלום אך הדבר מצד עצמו מבואר דכיון שכתב רבינו
