וכן אם הוסיף כינוי המיחד **"אשר"**, על כרחך יוסיף הודעה חדשה על הנזכר תחילה. ואם לאו, הוא מיותר, ומוכרח שמלת "אשר" היא מלת הטעם. והוא הדין בכל מלה מיותרת; כמו בכל מקום שאמר "**מבשר הזבח**", שמלת "בשר" מיותר (צו ס' קיב, צו ס' קיז. שמיני ס' עד. ועיין עוד מצורע ס' קלה)

And moreover, if the special pronoun **אשר** (that/which) is added, it must add new information about that which was mentioned first. And if not, then it is superfluous, and the word אשר will indicate the reason. And the same applies for every superfluous word; as with any place where it says **מבשר הזבח** (of the flesh of the sacrifice), the word בשר is superfluous.
