ולפעמים הוכרח להחזיר את השם מפני שבאו שם שני שמות ואם ידבר בכינוי לא ידע על איזה שם מוסב הכינוי.

And sometimes it is necessary to repeat the noun, since two nouns come and if it speaks with a pronoun, one will not know which noun the pronoun refers to.

כמו שכתב "ומראה הנגע", שאם יאמר "ומראהו" בכינוי נטעה לפרש שמוסב על השער לבן. (תזריע ס' נא)

Like ומראה הנגע (And the priest shall look upon the plague in the skin of the flesh; and if the hair in the plague be turned white, and the **appearance of the plague** be deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is the plague of leprosy; and the priest shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean)³⁰⁴, that if it would have said ומראהו (appearance of it) with a pronoun, it would be misleading, since one could interpret it to mean the white hair.

And it said והנה הנגע עמד בעיניו (and behold if the plague stay in its appearance)³⁰⁵ - do not interpret it to mean the bright spot (that was mentioned in the previous sentence).
