**בנין הכבד** יורה לפעמים הפך הפעל כמו "**ודִשנו** את המזבח". וגם יש לו הוראה על התמדת הפעולה – **שׁוֹבֵר מְשׁבֵּר, מוֹלִיד מְיַלֵּד** – כדעת רש"י. (קדושים ס' עב)

**בנין הכבד** (intensive conjugation) sometimes informs of the opposite of the meaning of the verb, as **ודִשנו** את המזבח (And they shall take away the ashes from the altar)⁵⁹.

*The word **ודִשנו** means “fertilize”, but in Numbers 4:13,***ודִשנו** את המזבח*means “take away”.*
