וכל מקום שכתוב "**בני ישראל**" צריך ריבוי על נשים וגרים. או שהתורה בארה שם בפירוש שהדין נוהג גם בגר. (**ויקרא** ס' קצא באורך. ועוד **צו** ס' כה, וסימן קמד. **שמיני** ס' מז, וסימן נו. **תזריע** ס' א. **מצורע** ס' קיט, וסימן קפג. **אחרי** ס' פו. **אמור** ס' א, וסימן קעו)

And any place where it is written **בני ישראל** (children of Israel), it needs an amplificatory expression to include women and proselytes, or else the Torah will clarify there explicitly that the law also applies to a proselyte.
