ויש הבדל בין לשון "**טמא**" ובין לשון "**וטומאתו עליו**". שלשון "טומאתו עליו" לא יצדק על טומאת בשר שאין לו תקנה בטבילה. (צו ס' קלא)

And there is a difference between the language **טמא** (unclean) and the language **וטומאתו עליו** (having his uncleanness upon him)⁶²⁵: טומאתו עליו is not correct when referring to uncleanness of flesh that cannot be corrected through immersion in a ritual bath.
