דיבור שאחריו ב' – הוא דיבור של תלונה ושלא לכבוד (שמיני ס' נח). ומזה אמרו שדיבור קשה (ויקרא סימן ד).

דיבור (speech) that has the letter ב afterwards - it is speech of complaint and not said with respect. And from this, they say it is *severe speech*.
