יש הבדל בפעל 'אמר' בין אם בא אחריו מלת "אל" או למ"ד השימוש. וכדעת הרש"פ (שמיני סימן כח, וסימן ל).

There is a difference between when the verb אמר comes with the word אל afterwards and the prefix ל afterwards: And the rule goes according to Rabbi Solomon Pappenheim.

*According to Rabbi Solomon Pappenheim, when*אמר*comes with*אל*afterwards, it is referring to extensive and intelligent speech. Not so when the prefix letter*ל*comes afterwards⁶³⁵.*
