יש הבדל בין **הציוי** ובין **הדיבור והאמירה**. שה'ציוי' היא רק על דבר שלטן ושהמצטוה יש לו איזה הכרח לעשות הציוי (צו סימן אלף), עד שלא יצדק ציוי על דבר שיעשה מעצמו מפני תועלתו (אחרי סימן פה).

There is a difference between **הציוי** (command) and **הדיבור**/**והאמירה** (speak): **הציוי** is only with matters in which one is being controlled and the command is forcing someone to do something; it is incorrect to use **הציוי** if one is not doing it because he is being commanded and he is really doing it on his own, for his own benefit.
