לשון **'לקיחה'** יהיה בכל מקום לפי ענינו. שלרוב יהיה בבלי אמצעי, ובדברים הנקחים ביד יש פלוגתא אם 'לקיחה' על ידי דבר אחר שמה לקיחה (ויקרא סימן ריב)

The language **לקיחה** (taking) will come according to its context. Usually, it will be without an intermediary. And with respect to things that are taken in the hand, there is a disagreement as to whether **לקיחה** can refer to taking them through some other means.
