פעל **'נתח'** יבוא על החלוקה הנעשה בבעל חי על איזה סדר מיוחד; אם חלוקה לאיבריו הגדולים כמו שיעשו הטבחים, או חלוקת האיברים הגדולים לקטנים כמו שיעשו המבשלות. (ויקרא סימן מז)

The verb **נתח** (cut) comes on the division that is made of an animal with a special order; if it is a division of its big limbs when it is butchered, or a division of the limbs from big to small when it is cooked.
