להורות על ההוה או התמידות. "אשר ישכב עליו הזב" – רצונו לומר בקביעות. (מצורע ס' קכח, מצורע ס' קלד, אמור ס' קג)

To teach about the present or the permanence: אשר ישכב עליו הזב (whereon he that has the issue)¹⁰⁵ it means to say *routinely*.
